TRANSFER POLICY:

**A Trip Booking is transferable to another traveler dependent upon: room-type, availability, and final approval of GLN travel team. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. When transferring your booking to another person a $75 processing fee applies

2. It is the responsibility of the current traveler to organize and obtain any trip costs and/or reimbursements from the replacement traveler. 

3. GLN is NOT held responsible for any unpaid fees associated with a replacement or transfer of booking

CANCELLATION: 

1.  Deposits are fully NON-REFUNDABLE after 10 Day booking period

2. Cancellations are subject to a $40 fee per each traveller booking. 

3. Payments/Flex Installments are fully NON-REFUNDABLE

LATE FEES:

2. Late Payments will incur a $25 fee per infraction
