HERE ARE A FEW REMINDERS:

offers flexibility for clients that need to budget the payments over time. A deposit reserves the spot and payment dates are set typically in 2-3 installments.

TRANSFER POLICY:

**A Trip Booking is transferable to another traveler dependent upon: room-type, availability, and final approval of GLN travel team. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. When transferring your booking to another person a $125 processing fee applies

2. It is the responsibility of the current traveler to organize and obtain any trip costs and/or reimbursements from the replacement traveler. 

3. GLN is NOT held responsible for any unpaid fees associated with a replacement or transfer of booking

CANCELLATION: 

1.  Deposits are fully NON-REFUNDABLE after 7 Day booking period

2. Cancellations are subject to a $40 fee per each traveller booking. 

3. Payments/Flex Installments are fully NON-REFUNDABLE

4. Bookings made within 60 days of Trip Date are fully non-refundable

LATE FEES:

1. Payment Installments must be made according to trip timeline. 

2. Late Payments will incur a $40 fee per infraction

3. Multiple Late Payments may result in trip cancellation. 

4. Cancellations due to Late payments are NON-Refundable

In these unprecedented times, it is natural to want your travel to be insured for unexpected changes, challenges, or travel interruptions. 

PLEASE NOTE:

#1. Base travel package does NOT include trip insurance

#2. Upon completion of your booking, there will be an option offered to add trip insurance to your package. Please read the email in full and select the add insurance option to protect your trip. 

#3. Many Airlines offer a MultiRisk Travel Insurance. When selecting your flight, it is wise to inquire with your airline carrier to confirm if insurance is offered for your trip/flight booking.

#4. If you have chosen a package that includes flights, You will receive a flight request form where you can select the option for adding flight insurance.
